FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about creating, customizing and using your QR codes.
Didn’t find what you were looking for?
Write to usDo respondents need a Google account?
Only if the form is set to require sign-in or to limit to one response. Otherwise anyone can answer from their phone.
Does the code keep working if I edit the form?
Yes. Edits to questions do not change the link, so the printed code keeps working.
Can I measure how many answers came from the QR?
Responses are counted in the form itself. To compare channels, use a different form link or a hidden question for each place you print the code.
