On your profile, open "Edit public profile & URL"; the last part of the URL is your profile name, and you can customize it.
Can I link to a company page?
Yes. Paste the full company page link (linkedin.com/company/…) instead of a profile name.
Should I use a vCard instead?
A vCard saves your contact details on the phone; a LinkedIn code connects you online. Many people print both.
