How to make a QR code for your restaurant menu
A menu QR code is just a link to your menu. Publish the menu online once, create the code for free and print it on table tents. Here is how, and how to update the menu without reprinting.

What you need
Your menu online: a PDF on your website, a file in Google Drive shared as "Anyone with the link", a page on your website or a menu platform. The QR code only stores the address, so the menu must be reachable from any phone without signing in.
Keep PDFs light (ideally under 2–3 MB) so they open fast on mobile data, and make sure the text is readable on a small screen.
Step by step
1. Publish the menu and open the link in a private browser window to confirm it works without an account.
2. Copy the link and paste it in a URL QR code (or the Menu option of the restaurant kit).
3. Pick the "View menu" frame, your colors and your logo. QRmora checks that the code scans before you download it.
4. Download the printable PDF: the sign template works as a table tent; cards fit on the bill or the counter.
Printing tips
Print the code at least 3 cm (1.2 in) wide; on table tents 6–10 cm is usual. Use a dark code on a light background and matte paper: glossy lamination reflects light and makes scanning harder.
Add a short call to action like "Scan to see the menu" and test the printed code with a couple of phones before printing in bulk.
Common mistakes
A Google Drive file that is not shared publicly (guests see "Request access"), a PDF too heavy for mobile, a code printed too small or with low contrast, and links that change every time the menu is updated.
