How to set up your tables

  1. Publish your menu online

Upload your menu as a PDF to your website or Google Drive (shared as "anyone with the link") and copy the link.

  2. Create each code

Pick menu, Wi-Fi, reviews or WhatsApp above, fill in the details and add your colors and logo.

  3. Check the scan

QRmora verifies every code before you download it. Test it with your own phone too.

  4. Print and place

Download the PDF: a table tent for the menu, cards for Wi-Fi and reviews, stickers for the counter.

Tips that make customers scan

  • Say what happens on scan: "See the menu" works better than a bare code.
  • Print the menu code at least 3 cm (1.2 in) wide; table tents usually use 6–10 cm.
  • Keep dark codes on light backgrounds and avoid glossy lamination that reflects light.
  • Update your menu by replacing the file behind the same link, so you never reprint the code.
  • Place the review card with the bill: happy customers review right after paying.

Is the restaurant QR kit really free?

Yes. Every code, every PDF template and every download is free, with no watermark, no signup and no expiration. The codes are static: they keep working as long as the link, network or profile behind them exists.

How do I put my menu in a QR code?

Publish the menu online (a PDF on your website, Google Drive or a menu page), copy its link and paste it in the Menu QR. If you later change the file but keep the same link, the printed code keeps working.

Can I change the menu without reprinting the QR?

Yes, as long as the link stays the same. For example, replace the PDF on your website using the same file name, or update the file in Google Drive with "Manage versions". The QR stores the link, not the menu.

Does the Wi-Fi QR work on iPhone and Android?

Yes. The iPhone camera app and most Android cameras offer to join the network when they read a Wi-Fi QR. The printed card also shows the network name and password for older phones.

Is my Wi-Fi password sent anywhere?

No. QRmora creates the code and the PDF entirely in your browser; the password never leaves your device and is not saved.

What size should I print the codes?

At least 3 cm (1.2 in) wide for codes read from a table, and roughly 1/10 of the reading distance for posters. The sign template prints the code about 12 cm wide, cards about 5 cm and stickers about 5 cm.

Which paper should I use?

Matte paper of 200–300 g/m² (cardstock) for table tents and cards, and adhesive paper for stickers. Matte avoids reflections that make scanning harder.
