How to use QR codes in your practice

  1. Gather your details

Your WhatsApp number, office address, Google Business Profile and guest Wi-Fi network.

  2. Create each code

Choose appointments, contact, location, reviews or Wi-Fi above and add your colors and logo.

  3. Check the scan

QRmora verifies every code before download. Test it with your phone too.

  4. Print and place

Cards for the reception desk and prescriptions, a sign for the waiting room.

Tips for codes in a practice

  • Print the contact card QR on business cards and prescriptions so patients save you in one scan.
  • Use a separate guest Wi-Fi network for patients, never the one your systems use.
  • Place the review card at checkout or the reception desk, after the visit.
  • Never put patient data in a QR code: use them only for your public contact details and links.

Are the clinic QR codes free?

Yes. All codes and printable templates are free, with no watermark, no signup and no expiration. They are static: they work as long as the number, address or profile behind them exists.

Can patients book an appointment by scanning?

The WhatsApp code opens a chat with your number and an optional ready message, such as "Hello, I would like to book an appointment". If you use an online booking page, create a link QR with its address instead.

Is it safe to share the Wi-Fi with a QR code?

Yes, if you share a guest network separate from the one used by your computers and records. QRmora creates the code in your browser; the password is never sent anywhere.

Does QRmora store any patient information?

No. QRmora does not have accounts or store the content of your codes, and these codes should only contain your public contact details and links.
