How to use QR codes at your gym

  1. Publish your links

Class schedule or booking app page, sign-up form and your Instagram profile.

  2. Create each code

Choose schedule, sign-up, WhatsApp, Instagram or Wi-Fi above and use your brand colors.

  3. Measure it (optional)

Turn on UTM tracking on the sign-up link to see how many visits each poster brings.

  4. Print and place

A schedule sign at the entrance, cards at the front desk and stickers in the training areas.

Tips for gym codes

  • Use the same schedule link all season and update the page, not the poster.
  • Place sign-up codes where visitors wait: entrance, front desk and windows.
  • Laminate with a matte finish: glossy plastic reflects light and makes scanning harder.
  • Add a call to action like "See today's classes" or "Book your free trial".

Are the gym QR codes free?

Yes. All codes and printable templates are free, with no watermark, no signup and no expiration.

Can I link my booking app?

Yes. Paste the public link of your schedule or booking page (for example from your booking app) in the Class schedule code.

How do I know how many people sign up from a poster?

Static codes do not count scans, but you can turn on UTM tracking for the sign-up link and see the visits from each poster in Google Analytics.

What size should the schedule sign be?

Print the code about 1/10 of the reading distance: around 10 cm (4 in) for a sign read from one meter away. The sign template prints it about 12 cm wide.
