How to use QR codes at your event

  1. Gather the links

Event date and venue, a shared photo album and, if you have one, your gift registry.

  2. Create each code

Calendar and location for the invitations; photos and Wi-Fi for the tables at the venue.

  3. Match your style

Use the colors of your invitations and add a logo or monogram in the center.

  4. Print

Download the PDF: cards to tuck into invitations and a sign for the photo album at the entrance.

Tips for event codes

  • On printed invitations keep the code at least 2.5 cm (1 in) wide.
  • Create the shared album before printing and allow guests to add photos.
  • Place the photo album sign at the entrance and on each table.
  • Test every code with a couple of phones before sending the invitations.

Are the event QR codes free?

Yes. All codes and printable templates are free, with no watermark, no signup and no expiration.

How does the "add to calendar" QR work?

It contains the event (title, date, time and place). When scanned, most phones offer to add it to the calendar directly.

Which photo album should I use?

Any album you can share by link and that lets guests upload photos, such as a Google Photos shared album. Check its permissions before printing.

Can I use my wedding colors?

Yes. Pick any colors, gradients and styles, and add a monogram as the logo. QRmora checks that the code still scans before you download it.
