Tips for codes on signs and flyers

  • Signs are read from the street: print the code at least 15–20 cm (6–8 in) wide.
  • Add a call to action like "Scan to see photos and price".
  • Use a dedicated link per property and keep it live until the property is sold.
  • Use UTM tracking on listing links to compare signs, flyers and portals.

Are real estate QR codes free?

Yes. All codes and printable templates are free, with no watermark, no signup and no expiration. They are static: they work as long as the listing link, phone or profile exists.

What happens when the property is sold?

A static QR always opens the same link. Redirect that page to your other listings or update its content, so old signs and flyers keep bringing you buyers.

What does the contact card QR do?

It contains a vCard: when scanned, the phone offers to save your name, phone, email, agency and website to its contacts, without any app.

How big should the QR be on a for-sale sign?

About 1/10 of the reading distance: for a sign read from 2 meters, 20 cm (8 in). The sign template prints the code about 12 cm wide on Letter or A4; for street signs ask your printer to scale it up from the SVG.
