How to put QR codes to work in your store

  1. Pick where they will be seen

Counter, window, shelves, bags, receipts or business cards: each spot fits a different code.

  2. Create each code

Choose catalog, WhatsApp, reviews, Instagram or directions above and add your colors and logo.

  3. Measure it (optional)

For links, turn on UTM tracking to see in Google Analytics how many visits each code brings.

  4. Print and place

Download the PDF: cards for the counter, a sign for the window and stickers for bags.

Tips that make customers scan

  • Say what they get: "See the catalog" or "Order by WhatsApp" works better than a bare code.
  • Place the review card at checkout: happy customers review right after paying.
  • Window codes should be at least 10 cm (4 in) wide so people can scan from outside.
  • Keep the same link and update what is behind it, so you never reprint.

Is the store QR kit really free?

Yes. Every code and every printable template is free, with no watermark, no signup and no expiration. The codes are static: they work as long as the link, number or profile behind them exists.

Can I link a WhatsApp catalog?

Yes. Copy the link of your WhatsApp Business catalog (or of a product) and paste it in the Catalog code. You can also use the WhatsApp code so customers start a chat with a ready message.

How do I know how many people scan my codes?

Static codes do not count scans, but for link codes you can turn on UTM tracking: Google Analytics will then show the visits that came from each printed code.

What size should a window QR be?

As a rule of thumb, about 1/10 of the scanning distance. For a window read from one meter away, 10 cm (4 in) works well. Dark code on a light background, without reflections.
